For 20 years, Animerge has served you, your pets and the local veterinary community with advanced emergency and trauma services. We are open and fully staffed at all times.

Animerge was established in 1988 in order to provide emergency coverage during the hours when primary care veterinarians were unavailable. That established our reputation of being a highly responsive emergency hospital that delivered personalized care with the utmost concern for the well being of every patient and their family members. Due to overwhelming community support, in early 2007 we remodeled and enlarged our facility as well as expanded our services to include around-the-clock Emergency Services.

This expansion allowed us to bring in additional services such as specialty care. For your convenience, we now provide care in the specialties of Surgery, Ophthalmology and Dermatology by board certified veterinarians, and we welcome referrals from your family veterinarian. 

How we work with your Veterinarian.
Animerge works with family veterinarians as a health care partner; we are here to serve as an extension of their practice for emergency and complex cases. In addition, we are always ready to care for your pet’s minor to more complex emergencies when your regular veterinarian is unavailable. We cannot replace the total wellness care or valued relationship you have with your family veterinarian, so it is important for you to return to your regular veterinarian for follow-up care.
